iPod touch Why does other take up so much room?

Is there a reason other takes up so much room on my iPod? I have deleted all cover art.

I have had the same problem before. Wiped out my device. Hasn't happened again. One time, I had 10 gig of "Other".

Thanks that worked it cleared up 1.5 GB of space.
