iPod touch Why does the iPod touch require 10.4.10?

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but I sincerely doubt that there is enough of a backlash by Panther users about the new iPods to cause Apple to change anything.

I'm still pissed my iPod touch doesn't work with OS 9.

Not really any closer to English the second time.

You need either a Mac running Tiger or Leopard, or a Windows PC that is recent enough to run the current iTunes. You can use any of those computers, PPC or Intel. But yes, if you only have Panther and Windows, you either have to update your Mac or use Windows.
