When in Windows, I was able to edit a sentence in any writing document then hit the "end" key (right next to delete) and it would take me to the end of the sentence. How can I get this to work on my new mac?

I think it actually goes all the way to the end of whatever document you're viewing. ...I could be wrong, though, I rarely ever hit the END key.

Yes, and Home takes you to the beginning, but they're useless as the applications never move the text cursor so as soon as you press any of the typewriter-area keys, the window is repositioned to where you were working.

You'd think in 20 years since the Extended keyboard had arrived, they'd have fixed this. :D
