Why doesn't Sonoma have the new iOS 17 ringtones?

Instead now when my iPhone and my Mac ring at the same time, there is a stark difference, and of course, there is no way to turn just the ringer off on the Mac, without disabling phone calls on the Mac entirely, which I don't want to do.
