Why don’t Apple carry 16gb

Most Apple Stores do have 16GB models in stock. You just have to ask a Specialist.

It's been a few years since I bought an MBP, but the way the guy in the store explained it to me, they stock low-medium-high in each of the configurations. When you look at 13's, 15s there are 6 different sku's right there. Now scale out to Mini, iMac, phones, and so on.

The more I think about the 13”s just coming with 8 ram and and older processor than than new 15, the more frustrating lol!
There is no machine like a 15” performance wise !

Yeah the majority of 13”s are 8GB. I’ve got an 8GB machine and don’t have memory constraints.

But it’s not an 8 core beast. If you need that sort of processing the 13” is not for you.

Well that’s the $2800 model I believe ....nothing cheaper w 16GB

Performance is decent, but it isn’t bulky!
