Hello, why don't we just 3D print a thicker MBP case and call it the end?

just need to print the bottom and add a ton of vents and that would work. ill buy one.

No offense OP, but you’re really starting to sound borderline obsessed with the MBP.

I get that many of us don’t like the limitations of the design Apple came up with. I’m not crazy about it myself (and I’m being kind). But... this is really as random as it gets.

Just liquid metal the CPU. You will probably need to replace the liquid metal every six months, but it will keep it much cooler than a thicker case ...

Won't solve the problem at all. LM doesn't reduce temps when the problem is the cooling system is completely saturated like the tiny lightweight single-pipe design in the MBP2016-2018 and it will do nothing to solve the VRM-based throttling. You also don't need to replace LM; I'm not sure where people get these ideas from.
