why Firefox hangs all the time

I went looking for why Firefox hangs all the time and found a process in launch /root - NdOHwbDG - ive not found any info on that process at all and it isn't formatted as any other process is in the launch or root..it consumes 100% CPU time and stacks of memory..anyone have any ideas?

Disable or uninstall all Firefox add-ons if you have any.

Install the free version of Malwarebytes and run a scan.
