I've just installed Microsoft Office for Mac to my new MacBook Air.

I've set the default font type & size to be Tahoma 13 on my Outlook for Mac.

But the font type suddenly changed to be Calibri in different sizes for all my emails sent out to Windows Outlook & other web mails.

This seems not nice & not professional at all.

Anyone knows how else can I do in order to fix it please?

Are you sending them as HTML or plain text emails? This page shows how to make sure they're sent as HTML which should preserve your font choice: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/o...html-rich-text-or-plain-text-HA101992313.aspx

Bear in mind that how emails are displayed is ultimately up to the recipient and their mail program. It's possible they have theirs set to ignore custom fonts and display something else. They may even have it set to ignore HTML formatting completely. But if it's happening to everybody who received your message, it's more likely something on your end.
