For as long as I can remember, the iOS keyboard will autocorrect all major holidays (at least US holidays), but I don’t think it’s ever autocorrected thanksgiving with a capital T. Any idea why?
Apple has the holiday on their holiday calendar, so seems like something of that nature isn't in play there. What's likely involved is what was discussed in a previously linked thread:
