Really? That's absurd for them to claim. But my guess is that they are referring to the old MBPs, or they mixed up a MB with a MBP.

I'm guessing he's referring to the Laptop Hunters ads which claim that the MacBook Pro is $2000 and only has 2GB of RAM. At the time when the ad created, it was completely true.
