Since you 3G owners can't get one for the discount, there won't be as many used 3Gs on the market and I can sell mine for more.

You do realize if you sell yours, there's very little chance you'll be able to get enough to cover the full cost for a 3GS.

Not to mention, you'll be screwed again for an upgrade next year! Possibly even locked into AT&T when a Verizon iPhone comes next year.

But, suit yourself.

I'm glad the rates are high, it works as a strong deterrent for me to upgrade.

I'm off contract and I'll be able to get at least 350 for a unlocked 3G. Which is more than the 32GB one.

How are you off contract with a 3G? Unless you initially paid a large amount on ebay when the 3G first came out.
