why is Apple's own ATLAS certification training site broken?

Is it not odd that so many things are broken ?

Last time I was using it it was broken where it was really difficult to navigate and keep track.

I can navigate. All the place holders etc are there. But man what a ugly piece of shiiiit. what an embarrassment. A training site and their own coders can't even get it right. I think it's just a Safari issue too.

Also the site is totally unusable on iOS. What a joke. A simple training site you can't even use on iOS. I was going to just bring my iPad with me on vacation and study but now I gotta bring my 15" MBP.

SJ would've made some heads roll.
