Why is iPhone vibrating when I push power button?

It vibrates if I press the power button longer then a second.

It didn't do this in iOS 8 so must be new in iOS 9. I haven't updated yet though.

lol yes I'm sure I know the difference on my 6th iPhone but thanks. Any time I press the power button with the slightest of holds it vibrates briefly.

I know what you mean. Usually when I press the power buttons and the volume buttons repeatedly it vibrates. It's been happening on my 6 for a while now on the dev preview and even today's public release. Don't ask me why I do that, I just do lol.
