Why is it so hard to read from the MBP Screen?

You can, and I 've done it too, but it's supposed to distort the image.

Yeah well I am of that opinion too. I used to do it frequently and I got a lot of "blah, blah" on how circles don't show as circles but ellipses and that you have to run it natively etc. etc. and I always wondered what people were on about until I recently set all resolutions to native and I squint to read all the time!!
