Why is iTunes so inflexible!

That is if you are importing from a CD, not if the files are already on your computer. I have them sitting on my hard disc and there is no way of telling iTunes that they below to a compilation. They still get filed in Artist/Title folders not the compilation folder.

Select them all at once and then get info on them all at once. Voila! You can edit them all at once..... including setting them to "Compilation" or not.

not unimportant but maybe redundant note:
You will have to let iTunes manage your music folder for this to work.
