Why is JB not showing up?

Did a fresh wipe of 4s with 5.1.1 and ran new JB software. Nothing has changed even after a restore from iTunes. What am I missing?

Search "Cydia" in spotlight.

Are you sure that the jailbreak fully finished? Try running Absinthe again
