Why is my iPhone hanging so much now?

seems to be recent, maybe 9.2 and on? Maybe even some on 9.1.

I get these annoying 30 second lock ups, where tapping does nothing on apps or the multitask view. Home button works.

I'm thinking it's cellular related, but I'm not sure at all.

I'm on the most recent public beta today, but I've had this issue with all versions since 9.3, except for maybe the first 9.3 beta

I have that on 9.3 to 9.3.1 with screen locking. Restart required. Not lately though. Although, sometimes when I touch the screen, no response. Need to tap a couple times. All have been infrequent. Have seen this mentioned by others on 9.3. Waiting for next update.

I went to my local Apple Store because this happened to my iPhone 6 Plus and they said this is a hardware issue. They said it would cost 340$ to replace but luckily my iPhone was effected by the camera recall and got it replaced for free

Had that same issue just this morning with 9.3.2 on iPhone 6s Starting music and nothing. Was about to hard reset and all of a sudden it became responsive again. Wonder if its a music app thing? Never have that issue before today.

I'm getting it too... Though only since 932b1... I took the risk. Hopefully gone in next beta....

Screen lock up and unresponsive and all you can do is lock or restart. I've had this issue on my 6+ since the first iOS 9 release. After a few updates thought it was hardware, went to the apple store and they replaced my screen. Same issue still occurred, they replaced the screen again. Still have this issue to date, now I'm out of warranty.

It seems to be getting worse lately as well. Frankly it's EXTREMELY annoying and makes me want to sell the phone (waiting on the iPhone 7 but will I last 4-5 more months... stay tuned...)

I've owned every single iPhone from the very first (always skipping the S models) This 6+ is the only one that's ever given me so many issues.
