iPhone XR Why is my IPhone XR randomly deleting apps?

I have been noticing that apps I use often (today is maps) are having to be reinstalled? I didn’t do it myself. So I’m confused as to why this is happening. But more than have enough storage. Is it a setting I can turn off.

Do you have MDM enabled? Delete MDM profiles. Admin can delete apps using remote control (like your employer).
