So the other day my Powerbook gently fell on its side and pushed in the power connector in, it still works great but the laptop is slightly damaged(pushed in) but the display worked fine. The problem, is the contrast of my display. Today I woke up my computer and the display was noticeable less contraststy, like a bleeding white I have never seen before. I try to calibrate the display but the pop-menu displays this:

Can not calibrate this display
The factory profile for the display could not be found.

What can I do? I don't like my black text looking gray.

Please help.

Try running PixelCheck. It will force all pixels black/white/red/green/blue. It should isolate the trouble from any calibration issues.
