Why is my refurbished ntMBP coming from Canada?

I ordered a ntMBP refurb 2016 model and paid for the overnight shipping. It says it left this morning form CANADA!

I mean...I'm in USA. Any ideas?

How about Ontario, California? That's where mine came from.
