Why is the clock icon different on the iPad opposed to the iPhone?

Now which clock icon/face? The iphone uses 3 different clocks

The Clock Icon: Square ends on the hands
Inside the Clock App: Tapered hands
Siri Clock (ask Siri the time for someplace): It uses the Swiss iPad Clock
