I just noticed it yesterday and thought it was something to do with app updates, but all my apps are up to date. The iPad keeps prompting me for my iTunes password over and over and over again, and it is annoying. This happens for no apparent reason. I can be surfing, looking at photos, reading email or iBooks, and that keeps popping up. Anyone know how to solve this one?

Ah! It might have been Pro Keys. After you asked me that, I noticed it was hung up and the update didn't complete. Hopefully that was it. Thanks.

Same problem here but now it only happens once when I open the app store. It started when one of my apps got stuck downloading and the app store wouldn't recognize my password. I eventually got the app to download but still have the issue.
