absolutely loving mine! except one thing!

the keyboard keys feel very slippery! normally there is a bit of texture to them?

My work ordered it via their own EDU apple procurement link. They said their orders are normally processed a little slower but only by a few days.

I don't want to kick up a fuss because strictly speaking it's not my money. But I may next week if we hit Dec with no progress.

Get hold of the order number and give them an earful over the phone. That kind of a wait is not cool.
