Tap and hold the the keyboard key at lower right of the keyboard and select Undock.
You can drag the full key board up and down the screen.

Purchase Flex it is worth the $3.99. There is a patch there that fixes the risen keyboard issue.

You don't need to restore to uninstall tweaks to check or ask the devs if they've heard of the issue. >__>

Uninstalling the tweaks doesn't fix the problem. That's what disabling mobilesubstrate is essentially doing
