Why is this process running as deleted?

How can I fix this?

This is Mr. Forgetful. It is a system component and leave it as is.

Just to clarify that a little, it's "delete-d", as in the deletion service, not "deleted" as in gone. When your system begins to run low on free space it'll clean up caches etc.
