So I had this nice idea to post a jolly thread about how much I like my latest Apple purchases. I took a photo to illustrate it with using my iPhone 7.

That was my mistake. How on earth can you upload a photo from an iPhone to a MacRumors post?

You’d think Upload File would do the trick? But no. Photos take up too much memory.

Easy! Resize it. Using iOS.

Well, apparently that’s impossible.

Now I hate Apple and MacRumors.

Lol. That’s what imgur, tinypic, etc. are for.

Those really shouldn’t be necessary.

But I did try them and got nowhere with them. MacRumors didn’t like the links they generated.

How can MacRumors not be able to handle the file size? I thought modern computers are supposed to be amazing.

How can iOS not have an image resize feature?

I’m looking at my iPhone and I’m looking at a hammer and I’m really tempted to introduce them to each other. Real fast.

You’re using the wrong link from imgur(if that’s what you’re using). You need the direct link. You could also use a different camera app like camera+ and save it in a smaller size, although it will degrade the quality a bit.
