Why is YouTube so slow on the iPad?

I even have a time capsule connected to my sky router, and its still not working with that!

Check your router's wireless 802.11 settings.
I found that in my particular case, having my router set to 'N', made my data speeds slow, with my A4/A5 iDevices(no such problems with my friend's 3GS).
I set my router to 'B' & 'G', and everything is fine.

Yeah, no dice here either.

Youtube on ipad 2 is hell

I gave up on the ipad 2. I love youtube and i always go on it. My retarded ipad 2's youtube is sooooo damn slow, it takes an hour to load a 10 minute video. Sometimes i go to sleep and watch but then when i start to watch the video the loading bar is gone and it has to load again! WTF! This ipad 2 is ****. I threw it in my fire place and bought an awesome MOTAROLA XOOM. It is a **** load faster and it is A LOT BETTER THAN MY IPAD 2 PIECE OF ****!🙂

If you had a brain, you would realise it was iPad 1 that we are having slow YouTube issues.... iPad 2 is fine...

Ditch the native app, use Youtube's official site. Works awesome for me.
