Why isn't iCloud updating my contacts in OS X ML?

I just did a fresh install of Mountain Lion on my MacBook Air, I have iCloud on but my contacts are not on Mountain Lion.

Can anyone help me with getting all my contacts on Mountain Lion. Thank you so much!

Do you see the contacts if you login to icloud.com ??

On you Mac, double check iCloud preferences and make sure Contacts is selected.
