I keep on going to the site, and it will not work. Yesterday it was working perfectly... maybe the AT&T server will not let it access the information?

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing.

It just says "No Order (order #) found Or ATT server is slow....."

While the tool was extremely useful for us to check our queue position, I'm sure it was taxing AT&Ts' servers, there were several times a day when the response time of the AT&T servers was extremely slow. AT&T tried several times to change the code behind their page (which herebethedragons was using in an automated script) to stop this. After a little cat and mouse, it seems AT&T found a way to prevent these queuing scripts from working properly. You can still do it the old fashioned way (manual input), but it just takes longer!
