Why Macbook Air M2 and M3 showing Ethernet Adapter ?

Anyone have idea why macbook air m2 and m3 that dont have any ethernet interface show this ?

Yes probably, becouse the interface is binded to an apple arm usb

I noticed on this file

/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/

NetworkInterfaces.plist

it might not have an ethernet port but adapter doesn't mean port. adapter is just a driver. it needs it incase you plug in a usb to ethernet dongle?
