Why My computer do not detect ATV all the times

Hi

I have ATV and I can't connect wirelessly with my computer, some time appear in iTunes and most the times no, so I must disconnect my Internet or the ATV in order to iTunes detect it, these take a lot of my time, please help

on your computer in network make sure IPv6 is disabled.
