Why no 21.5" Cinema Displays?

I need a glossy screen display to go with my 21.5" iMac. All the 21.5" IPS displays I have found (Dell, HP, LG) have a matte screen. Didn't Apple make both a 24" and 30" display at the same time? What gives?

What is your question? Apple did make a 24" and 30" display concurrently (at least, they were selling them concurrently), but the 30" was matte.
