Why no PhotoStream iCloud Web app ?

Why can't we see all of our PhotoStream pictures as a Web App when we login iCloud Website ? We can see iWorks documents to download in the iWork WebApp ... Why not make a PhotoStream WebApp also ? This would enable us to download pictures our just preview them.

What do you guys think ?
