Why no signal strength bar fix for iPad 3G?

It's odd that they are sending out a signal strength fix for the iPhones but not the iPad 3G.

I'm sure that will come in the fall with iOS4 for the iPad.

Do you know that it hasn't been silently included? There is a 'bugfixes' catch-all mentioned in the change notes...

because unlike the iPhone 4 - the iPad is magical and can be held in any way without signal performance issues.
