Why no updates available?

2 updates are shown in my AS, but I can't download.
Is there anything wrong?? I'm trying to find a solution...

I had the same problem today. I just searched up one of the apps on itunes that i had to update and clicked buy now. It said i already had it and the update was free. Then i clicked the find updates button and it worked as it should. 🙂
