Why on Mac OS I can't Cut & Paste

Hi

I need ti copy Music or Photos from one site to other, on windows is fast and easy with Cut & Paste but on Mac I must copy and then return to delete the files fro where I copy them, is there any way to avoid that.

-Open two Finder windows.
-Drag and drop.

Two finder windows to drag and drop between (command n)

Drag the receiving folder to the finder sidebar (alias) and use a single finder window.

Use the spring loaded folders option.. hold an item over a folder and it will open..

Note: If you get lost while dragging something > Hold down the escape key before dropping the item and it will go back to where it came from..
