Why some Macs show Apple Intelligence Report in Privacy & Security and others don't?

I have a MacBook Pro 16 M1 Max, that doesn't show the Apple Intelligence Report option in Privacy & Security, then, on a MacBook Air M2 it does shows the Apple Intelligence Report, is there a logic or reason for that? Both of them are running macOS 27 Beta 5, Thanks
