Why Still AMD 560X or Vega 16/20?

Why is the 2019 MacBook Pro still using the 560X or Vega 16/20 graphics offered in last year's model? Did Apple just not care about the GPU performance?

What other 35w spec GPUs would they have available to use?

Because there is nothing better? Nvidia did release gtx 1650 recently but we all know that Apple and NVIDIA are not on best terms for some reason. I hope that by the end of the year the 15” MBP will ship with Navi across the board, with GDDR5 standard and HBM2 as premium option.
