Why telegram no option for desktop com

i was told Telegram can be installed on desktop com. But how come iTune option only listed ipad or iph. No option for desk top com.

I'm using Snow Leopard version 10.6.8

I went to Mac App store and can't find Telegram. They hv iphoto, imovie, garageband, pages, numbers, keynote and safari only. Can you show me the link pls.
