iCloud Why the FRICK does iCloud get stuck on "0 kb uploading?'

Two people on Reddit say this.

*I don't know why it happens, but when my iCloud uploads get stuck, opening Activity Monitor, finding the "bird" process and quitting it solves the problem.

*open terminal, type 'killall bird', hit enter

Just had it happen again, and I killed the bird process. worked.
