HVD is Holographic Versatile Disc, basically, it stores data in 3D. there are two lasers and it burns the data in 3D. very cool. good for storage, pretty expensive but.

i think they are currently at around 2TB max storage, costs $15,000 hahaha.

to be honest i am fairly certain that Michael Bay (he is the director right?) wouldnt have a say in it, paramount would do whatever they want to do.

That might be Steven Spielberg because I see Dreamworks but we got latest Dreamwork releases. Hope I wasn't too cruel. :D

Yeah it is my gift from God! :D

Is your gift from God to also justify your reasoning for being outrageous over the fact that iTunes doesn't have a movie yet? Just because torrent sites have it and iTunes have probably had it, the RELEASE date is today, the 20th in the US. Spamming some director's site with a torrent link isn't going to help your cause. It's just a real immature action and makes you look like you have entitlement issues.

i must say that i agree with him... not with the raging part so much  but with his overall point.

the BD copies have been out for a while right? why have the iTunes versions taken so long? apple would have had access to the film (for converting) for a LOOONG time even before the BD came out. there has to be something going on underneath it all.

Yeah my point is to there other non favorable options that will leave you less profit! In fact Michael Bay site already modified my comment! They took out all torrent info, well there is Twitter! No we have a freedom of choice and a true freedom of choice would be able to buy it from iTunes instead of spending money on gas to get to a store. I mean how many here actually still used the DVD player on a the Mac to play DVDs? If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything. I'm not the one to fall for anything!

It's either Paramount, Dreamworks, Steven Spielberg or Michael Bay? Out of this listed someone is responsible in not selling it iTunes in the US. We are home market! We are the ones who give you a market sales first. We are the ones who goes to the movies not once but at least twice. This is not a rage Transformers was for rent but when it came to sale when iTunes started to sell Transformers was pulled it never returned well as the sequel didn't have a Day & Date Release with the DVD and Blu-Ray! Which is pathetic! Star Trek is Day & Date with DVD & Blu-Ray, G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra is Day & Date with it's DVD & Blu-Ray, so when looking in other countries its ok to sell the movie overseas iTunes counterparts and have Digital Copies for their DVDs & Blu-Ray? I don't think so. Someone needs to remind them who help with that 800 Million Dollars Total Gross!

This movie is available on the Canadian iTunes store, and has been since Tuesday October 20th. Yay Canada!!
