Why we will only see low-end 13"s tomorrow

We've got plenty of pics of the new low-end 13" from multiple sources, but we're yet to hear about the 15 or 17". I don't think this is a coincidence.

Many reports have stated that new MBP will have a 16 GB SSD as a cache for the OS. Wouldn't this require an additional SATA connection, bringing the total to 3?

That would mean that the MBPs with SSD caches would have been affected by the delay. Another report stated that only SOME of Apple's MacBooks were affected by the recall.

We may have to wait a bit longer to see our beloved 15" with SSD hybrid.

Macbook ships in 24 hrs... all MBP models ship in 3-5 days... Yeah, no. No rumors about this either.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I heard that 16-32GB SSD could be integrated directly onto the motherboard? Also it's quite possible there won't even be any SSD hybrids.

I'm betting the 13" pics are a controlled leak to build up the hype, like a striptease it shows a bit of the good stuff, but we want more. Just look at how much we're talking about it, and the pics are as we speak making their way to all kinds of non-Apple centric blogs.

I think this will only be the case if Apple removes the 13" MBP from the Pro line and make it a normal MacBook. But with that said, we've seen Apple update different sizes of the MBP's at different times so this wouldn't be out of the ordinary.

I'm pretty sure Best Buy had 5 new SKU's so I'm assuming two 13, two 15, and one 17.

I just want a redesign...BAD!

agree, or is an intentional fake leak to see where they have leaks coming from. the idea of thunderbolt or w/e its called is just dumb. so is the icon.

From what I have read, the shipments are to arrive today and tomorrow. So, I'm hoping that is the reason why we have not seen leaked 15"/17"/higher end 13" pics.
