Why won't all tracks in a playlist download?

I have a playlist on my iPhone that I wanted to MAO.
All seemed to be OK, except for when I enabled "only show offline songs".
Normally the playlist has 63 tracks in there, but only 62 songs have been downloaded.

🙁 🙁 🙁

It's stuff like this that drives me crazy & make me want to stop using the service.
I want it to just work ... or not rely on it at all.

Have you checked if that particular track is not elegible for icloud music library for some reason? it shouldn't show an icon with a crossed out cloud in iTunes
