Why won't iTunes Match Load on my iPhone 5?

I have used iTunes Match since introduction. Currently works on my MacBook Air and iPad mini. I recently replaced my iPhone 5 and I cannot get iTunes Match to load my music. I have reset the settings, and finally the entire OS and restored with no improvement. All I get from the Music app is a picture of a cloud that looks like it might start downloading but then it just gives me a screen that says no content on this device. Any ideas? I have signed in and out of my accounts multiple times. UpdatediTunes Match on the MacBook Air. Please help.

Iphone 4 doesn't see my music

I have the same issue,
I get a cloud icon, followed by a "no music" screen. I've updated my ITM in iTunes and even see my iphone listed as an authorized device. On the phone, iTM is turned on ,all music is on, use cellular data is also on. I've updated my iOS to 6.1.2 and still no music.
Any thoughts anyone??
