Why won't my phone turn on?

So my phone wont turn on when I plug it into the wall. It was lost for about a month. Could that be the issue? I decided to clean the port but it isnt working...Could anybody please enlighten the situation? PLEASE!?!?😡😕😱

How long has it been plugged in? When dead, it can often times taken 15-20 minutes for the phone to come back on.
