Why won't my voicemails play?

Once I have listened to them, they won't load again. deleted, undeleted, sitting there...how do I replay them?

If you tap the voicemail you should see a "Play" button to the left of that voicemail. Touch that and it will play...

Nope,

I turn that on and off and it just sits there. is there a lag time for it to dial?
