iPhone XR Why won't playlists sync from iTunes to my phone?

I have created new playlist in iTunes (PC version) but when I sync my iPhone, it says all the right stuff (preparing to sync, syncing etc) but the new playlist will not go onto the phone!

Any ideas...?

Has it worked before? Is iTunes and the iPhone up to date?

Yeah both up to date and yeah it’s worked before! Artwork synced across, but not my newest playlist! :/

Well it turns out I am just a complete moron 😂 I mean it might help if I ticked "Sync Music" right...
