Here(-ish)
Does anyone know why Safari wouldn't load 1 webpage for 1 person? My mother is trying to pull up EddieBauer and it hangs every. single. time. It's completely unusable. I've confirmed through TeamViewer remote control.

As far as I can tell, she has no issues with any other sites, and the site works great for me without issue.

Could anyone shed some light here?

Many thanks!
Will

P.S. The page just repeatedly hangs, and when I try to cancel or reload, I always get the message "The webpage is not responding, so loading cannot be stopped. Do you want to force reload this page?"

Working fine here also Does she maybe have a content blocker running?
I disabled it and even deleted the extension altogether for good measure (and quit/restarted afterwards).

I just can’t figure out what would cause 1 page to hang/be inoperable.

Further than just clearing a cache, is there a way to completely reset Safari back to completely default settings in OSX?
There is a safari.plist setting file at ~/Library/Preferences you can delete. (~ is the username)

You need to delete the file, then restart without launching Safari or you will just get a cached copy of the old plist.

Another thing to try would be making here a new/temp account then login to that account and see if the issue persists. That would at least tell you if it is something specific to her account.

Okay, you're literally not going to believe me, but I've been in your shoes. I had a relative complain to me about "wifi issues" on their MBP recently and pull up the Eddie Bauer site (which didn't load) as an example.

I troubleshooted a ton of things before deciding to just try a different website (durr) which worked. It's definitely something with Eddie Bauer's site specifically, but I have no clue what it is.
