My logic was Windows VS. OS X. If you can have a computer that easily has both OS on it (Mac), or one that has a clunky OS on it and takes time and effort to install the other OS (PC), you're going to want the one that does both. I suppose if they make a killing off the $200 Win 7 cd, it makes sense to them to offer it, thanks for the answers everyone! Or, at least, almost everyone ;)

Your logic is over the place.

First you said MS can make another $600 off you if they force you to buy another Wintel PC, but of course now we know, or everybody knows, MS doesn't make $600 off you if you buy an HP, they only make like $30 bux on the OS licensing.

For you then, is cool. U made out, since you don't have to buy more hardware and is able to run both OS. Count ur blessings.

For everybody: OS war is silly. You buy what you want and need, maybe your company runs Windows and there is no equivalent OSX app for what u need to do, but for everything else u like OSX. Fine. We all can be happy Apple switched from PowerPC to Intel.
