iOS Why Xcode open project menu item is in disabled?

Yesterday I started to use Xcode, when I run it and try to open a example project, I found the menu item of open project is in disabled status, I don't know, I only could find example folder and click that sample, then I built and run it.

How can I enable that menu item?😕
